- Inactive members stay on the roster but are automatically removed from the schedule

- The Toastmaster has access to an up-to-date agenda to send to members prior to meeting
- The Toastmaster can edit the theme, speeches, functionaries and more
- Agenda templates are available for regular meetings and contests
- Speakers can enter their own speech info if they wish
3. Members have up-to-date information
- Change on the schedule made by the VPE are automatically reported and accessible by every member
- Members can set goals and follow their educational progress in the Communication & Leadership Tracks

- The secretary can save online the minutes of the meetings
